Online Dispute Resolution
Additionally, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes. The platform allows consumers and traders within the EU to submit disputes related to online purchases to ADR entities.

How to Submit a Complaint
If you have any complaints about our services, you can submit them directly through the following channels:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 working days.

Commitment to Fair Resolution
Our hotel is dedicated to resolving any disputes efficiently and fairly. We encourage guests to first contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve any issues directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the ADR entities listed above are available to assist further.
