Booking Conditions
Please review these booking conditions carefully before making a reservation. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
- Reservation Confirmation:

- A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Check-In and Check-Out:

- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- Minimum Stay:

- A minimum stay of 2 days is required for all bookings (September through June).
- During high season (July and August) all bookings must be made for a minimum of 7 consecutive days.
- During New Years, Carnival and Easter, a minimum of 3 days is required for all bookings.

- Occupancy:

- All apartments note their recommended occupancy. Please note that for T0/Studio units, only 2 persons are permitted.

- Amenities:

- Amenities are posted with each Apartment but are not guaranteed. For special requests or to ensure an amenity is available in the apartment type you are booking, please contact us before booking and we will make our best efforts to meet your needs.
- Dishwashers are only available in a select few T2/2bdrm Apartments.

- Additional Fees:

- A 2€ fee (tourist tax) will be charged per adult (ages 13+) per night.
- VAT/sales taxes are included in our listed prices, with the exception of the tourist tax for adults.
- Extra beds/ cots are available for a fee of 10€ per day, taxes included). Please note extra beds/cots do not come with linens.
- Baby cot or crib available for ages 0-4 for a fee of 5€ per day, taxes included. Please note baby cribs/cots do not come with linens.
- A safety deposit box is available at a rate of 1.50€ per day, taxes included. A key and lock will be provided.
- Small dogs are permitted at a rate of 7.50€ per day. A 100€ cleaning deposit is required (refundable upon checkout and confirmation of a clean unit).
- Private parking is available for an additional fee (availability is not guaranteed, please contact us to confirm space and requested dates). Access to the private parking lot is through a remote provided; a small deposit is required for the remote.

- House Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and only permitted on the terraces.
- Any false fire alarm triggered after reception is closed will incur a fine of €500 as fire department will be immediately contacted. This includes fire alarms triggered by smoking inside of apartments.
- Excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt other guests or neighbors are not permitted.
- Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis, with a change of towels provided in the middle of the week.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay.

- Pool:

- For the safety of all guests, toys/balls/inflatables are not permitted in the pool or poolside area.
- For the safety of all guests, glass bottles and dishware are not permitted in the pool or at poolside. This includes alcoholic beverages in glass bottles or plates/dishware from apartments.

- Occupancy:

- The maximum occupancy for each apartment must not be exceeded.
- Additional guests may only stay with prior approval from management and may incur additional charges.
- Property Damage:

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
- Management reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages incurred.
